Between The Shows – Supply Issues

So, having been so successful at the two shows I’ve attended, I did a quick stock check to find that I had run out of almost everything!

I have three flip lock purse frames left, and three custom orders to fill, so while i can get on with filling those orders, I cannot make any more stock. I have ordered more, but the estimated delivery date is as late as December 21st, so that will be fun. I am also close to the end of the anti-fraud lining, so I’ve had to order more of that, too. Again, that may not arrive until Christmas, not that it makes much difference if I don’t have the frames. And I’ve run out of Decovil, and several of my favourite fabrics. In all, its a bit dire at the mo while I wait for the postman!

On the bright side, I have not yet run out of my trusty never ending zipper. I think we’ve been using this roll for about a decade. I wonder if I can exhaust that by Christmas, too… so I may be forced to start on a new pattern, just to flesh out my stock for this weekend!
